Ignite Pre-X Info Session & Workshop

Whether you've already started a business, have an idea or are just keen to launch your own business but not sure what you want to work on then this event is for you.
This session will start with an overview of Ignite and the format for the Pre-X programme, including an opportunity to hear from alumni who went through the programme in 2018.
We'll then be exploring the challenges that we're focused on this year - Ageing and Immersive Technology, through a hands on workshop.
We'll be splitting up into small groups to explore challenges like:
• Using technology to prevent isolation
• How can gaming prevent cognitive decline?
• What role can technology play in supporting an ageing workforce?
• How could we use VR to assist with chronic pain?
