Building resilience in a crisis
Life can be difficult and challenging. It throws you curveballs when you least expect them and these curveballs, if we are not careful, can throw us off course completely, making it difficult for us to get back on track. In our current crisis, we need to know how to build and maintain our resilience in order to stay in control and limit its impact.
There is action we can take to ensure that these curveballs don't destroy us by developing our resilience and working on our response/ attitude to life's challenges. Resilience is like one of the many muscles in our body, it requires exercise for it to grow, build its strength and be sustained.
