Apprenticeship Levy Funds

Gateshead Council can transfer funds to employers for new apprenticeship starts, particularly where the funds will enable the organisation to create an apprenticeship that would not have been created without the funds. This can include new apprentices recruited by the employer or existing employees offered an apprenticeship as a means to develop the workforce.

Read about Apprenticeship Levy Funds and how they can help your business and find out more about apprenticeships.

Learning and Skills

Gateshead Council's Learning and Skills deliver apprenticeships for employers and schools across the whole of the North East. The funds can be used for new recruits or to deliver high quality training to your current workforce to help them improve your business.
