Digital customer for new TV advert created at PROTO

The TV Agency, a specialist TV advertising and production company based in Gateshead, used the motion capture equipment at PROTO to create the digital customer in Winn Solicitor's new TV advert. 

Located in the heart of North East England, Proto is the first digital production facility of its kind in Europe, created specifically for animators, film makers and games developers.

Anthony O'Neill, Managing Director at The TV Agency said, "We're the first company to use the motion capture equipment commercially at PROTO. We specialise in 3D content so having this facility right next door to our offices at Northern Design Centre is fantastic. It made our work flow much quicker by filming the motion rather than animating. There's a higher production value because it's very difficult to animate to that standard in a short time frame and it's a more realistic movement. We were able to get all we needed in half a day whereas animating would have taken a lot longer. Looking forward to getting back into PROTO to develop more content."
